WNBP presents this End of Summer Jazz Cruise as a benefit for the Firehouse Center of the Arts. Featured performer will be Rico & the Jump 'n' Jive Review, nominated as "Swing Band of the Year" by the National Swing Awards. The host of WNBP's show “American Standards by the Sea” Dick Robinson will be the special guest MC this year.
Board the Captain's Lady III at Plum Island Point (see the Captain's Fishing Parties office) and cruise up the Merrimac River as you listen to live music. Hors d'oeuvres provided by Chefs of the Old World.

Rico Barr and the Jump 'n' Jive Review is New England's Premier Dance Band. The Band was nominated as "Swing Band of The Year" by the National Swing Awards, but their repertoire includes the history of dance music from the jazz and rock decades. They can be seen on the concert stage with their original compositions and arrangements and are in demand for ballroom dances throughout New England and beyond. Individual band members have performed with legends such as Chuck Berry, Herb Pomeroy, Gene Krupa and have performed at the White House for two Presidents. Musicians include:
