Anna Smulowitz will direct her 30th anniversary production, "Oliver", the musical. Ms. Smulowitz has produced, directed acted, and taught theatre in Newburyport for 30 years. This revival is a classic Dickens’ story of an orphan boy, Oliver who meets a variety of colorful English characters such as the Artful Dodger, Fagin and Nancy. We'll hear delightful songs: "Consider Yourself"; "Where is Love" and "As Long As He Needs Me". Music direction by Evelyn Mann. Choreography is by long time colleague, Linda Zirin.
